  I bought it for my girls two and a half years. Unfortunately the screen is very dark and it is quite difficult to see the different view. The rest of the functions are correct.   Not bad, but as soon as 5 or 6 years, the interest for this activity is necessarily much less than it would be for 4 years. It is thus necessary to buy cards in cardboard, on which is recorded a code (purchase in the mail!!!) and then go on the Leap Center (a kind of App Store or Google Play but exclusive use of the LeapPad) to make her own choice. A box with two codes is almost 10 euros and most applications require at least two codes. This means that only one application was 10 euros!!! In addition, the catalogue of apps available in French is not huge, a lot are in English. Anyone who is used to buying apps on an Apple or Android device can only be appalled in front of the price and the procedure to follow, not at all practical.
