One could believe that this film is outdated and not! The magic happens! We find ourselves very quickly in the land of Oz with dorothy, singing and dancing with her, it is feared the wicked witch. One can only admire the quality of the special effects and the work carried out given the resources of the time. Pagnol was a great author and this movie serves it well. The DVD itself is of good quality as the picture as the sound.. What a lineup of actors!
